Nice safety ladder!!!! I wanted this in our tall garage for storage items. It is much safer than what my husband was doing. It is nicely made, strong and stable. We were missing a few pieces but the company shipped them quickly. I’m sure that was the freight company’s fault though. The bag was ripped badly. Was fairly easy to assemble too.

Heavy duty build. Easy to maneuver and very steady. Assembly instructions are a bit sparse but can be figured out with a bit of patience. This enabled us to take our storage racks up another six feet so we have shelves going 12 feet high now reducing how much floor space was being wasted. Pricey but worth it. Saved us 10-15k by not having to build a loft.

Easy to assemble and very strong. It is not cheap, but it does the job very well.

Well, I got it assembled in about an hour; I would have finished sooner but had to chase down four bolts that were missing and couldn’t complete until I scavenged some bolts out of my spare nuts and bolts draw. It seems sturdy enough to work great with my shop and washing RV. Assembly Instruction are weak, and I have a relatively good mechanical brain and figure it out pretty quickly. If you don’t have that brain, well, you may be scratching your head some. Good quality for the price and free shipping quenched the deal, but it took four weeks to arrive when I ordered the ladder. I would have give five star review if it weren’t missing bolts.

The bag of parts/fittings did not come for this ladder. Help is needed to get them.

very handy, very heavy duty construction, extremely safe ....much better than any ladder.........Glad I bought it...... there was a 2 bolts and nuts missing but they were not listed on the assembly manual.(List was incorrect)

Delivered on time and in good condition, easy assembly, and functions as expected.
