Its very easy to use!!!

Pros:1) Good pacakaging, the two set is value for money2) bristles are thicker than a normal toothbrush but don't hurt while using. Also, will probably last longer than toothbrush bristles. It's like silicone but firmer3) the complimentary tongue gel sache was good, not compulsory but worth considering due to the fresh taste left on the tongue4) the bent handle is a good thinking, makes it easier to use without applying too much or too little pressure with a straight handle5) this cleans te tongue much better than a soft toothbrush or a tongue scraper simply because of the thickness and presence of bristlesCons:1) the round shape and the size are a little larger than a usual toothbrush head, took me a couple of days to get used to2) some people may find this a little expensive, but it's worth the price in my opinion.

Always use these brushes. They do a good job at cleaning the tongue.

I switched from a plastic tongue scraper to this brush, I've been using using it for a couple of months now, and here are my findings:PROS• A deeper clean than a traditional scraper• The bristles are less invasive than hard plastic• You can reach further back on your tongueCONS• Takes longer than a tongue scraper as you have to scrub several areas• When using with the Tung gel, it really makes me gagOverall the results last longer than a tongue scraper, which was one of the main reasons I tried this brush. Everyone has a different preference but for me this works well.

Works well, much better than a regular toothbrush for applying the TUNG paste (I tried both). I use a tongue scraper first. Then I put a very small amount of paste on this TUNG brush and finish cleaning my tongue. I am amazed at how fresh my breath is for a much longer time. Much better than simply brushing my tongue with a regular toothbrush and toothpaste. BIG difference.

These are the best tongue brushes I've found. Plus, TUNG doesn't test on animals like a lot of competitors do. If you care about animal welfare and using brands that are cruelty-free, this is a good option for you. Also, TUNG is made in America, which I like. As far as the brush itself goes, it has really firm bristles, which work perfectly for cleaning the tongue. Also, the shape of the brush (complete circle) gives good coverage and supposedly minimizes gagging (and I would agree with that claim). These brushes last forever. I've never actually had one that needed to be replaced. The bristles stay firm and functional forever. Eventually, I will replace my TUNG brush just because it seems like you ought to after a while. However, you could theoretically go years without replacing your brush because they never wear out. I use my brush with plain water and/or regular toothpaste. I've never used the TUNG brand gel.

A lot of people don't realize that a good portion of bad breath comes from a dirty tongue. That white film on the tongue is a film of bacteria and needs to be broken up by being brushed and these brushes are the best I've ever found. They're very wide so they cover a large area of the tongue and I can get a good brush in before the gag reflex makes me pause.A great follow up to brushing your tongue is to then use a tongue scraper to really make your tongue pink and clean again.
