I am going to enjoy this!
When I saw product I asked others about what strength level to buy. I was told that even the base level 30kg is quite challenging but that the seller was very decent and would exchange if wrong level was ordered. The item arrived today, very quick delivery, and the first thing that struck me was the quality and care to attention. An exercise guide and even a small comfy mat for you to kneel in. The item itself is very sturdy and nicely ergonomic and obviously well engineered. The principle is similar to the old Bullworker ( remember them?) My Dad had one in the 1970's and as a youngster I could barely budge the thing. In use this item is much better than the Bullworker was , although to be fair I only received it today! The weight level ( 30kg) feels right for me and is fairly demanding. I am 56 years old, 5ft 7 , 75kg and can do 15 pull-ups in a row, deadlift 130kg, squat 110kg, and bench 80kg. I also have trained Must Thai for 40 years. So I am about average, possibly a little weak on pecs and 30kg is perfect for me. It's not easy and takes effort, but that is the idea isn't it!

Great product and excellent service
I had purchased this only a few days ago, but I could tell straight away that it is a really solid product, as it feels well-built and effective in use. Each time I have used this so far, I have felt the typical after effects of a good workout, so I am confident that this product can produce good results with regular usage. Additionally, the service from the seller is excellent. I found the resistance to be a little lower than ideal, and after emailing them, I was immediately offered an upgrade to 40kgs, which I believe will be more suitable for my needs. This was promptly dispatched by the seller at no additional cost, without having to return my initial order. Therefore, I can only speak positively of my experience with both the product and the seller.

Fantastic product and service!
After lifting weights from home for over three years, I was looking for something more versatile which I could use when I am short of time. It also needed to be compact so that I can take it away in a suitcase when needed. This ticked all of those boxes.I predominately purchased this to continue building my chest but the included guide shows a number of different sets you can complete to build your arms, shoulders and even your abs. It has slotted into my training perfectly.I originally purchased the 30KG version but it was quite challenging enough. I was also sent the 40KG version which is perfect. I can’t recommend the product and service highly enough!

Versatility & Use
I had been using dumbbells and others exercises for many years when I decided to look into a traditional chest-expander (adjustable springs), which I had used, with weights, as a kid, when I encountered the push-bar. After reading reviews on a certain training website I chose to try the push-bar instead, chiefly because it permitted the exercise of muscles not possible with the traditional chest-expander. It also works fundamentally on the simple principle of what was long ago called 'dynamic tension', which appealed too I think. No time to explain, but in some ways it is easier to use than weights, which utilize a much more diverse range of postures that offers their own demands. Nevertheless, one disadvantage of the push-bar is the inability to adjust the applied force for different parts of the body. From the start, for example, with a 40kg bar, I was able to do the triceps exercise with relative ease; the curls for the biceps by contrast, remains difficult. (By comparison, I can routinely do 230 reps with dumbbells, 115 per arm, with 15.5lbs, apart from other exercises of course.) The chest compression by comparison is much improved, now doing twenty, most of which go all the way. So, a lot of natural variability. My weights help compensate for that lack of adjustability. I do recommend the bar, however, for its versatility & ease of use (as I did to a very non-athletic friend, who now has his own push-bar and finds it easier to use than his weights). As they say, however, you only get out what you put in; and nothing worth doing is easy. Age, diet, one's general starting level of fitness, all have an impact too on one's progress, and as the training program offered with the push-bar indicates, multiple forms of training are advised for best results. The bar is not a be-all and end-all, but it is a good start or addition. Finally, I want to testify to the courtesy and consideration of the sellar himself: that go a long way with me.
