Good set of classical pieces to have, even if you don't normally play classical.
This is a great compendium of some major classics for the Piano. They are not the simplified versions that some may recall from early to intermediate piano books, so the sound is more satisfying, but you'll take a bit more time studying them.

Great collection of songs
I’ve always gone and bought composer specific books but then I bought this one. It had 90% of my favorite pieces, it has a ring binding and print is good. Highly recommend this book for most of the best classical pieces for the intermediate to advanced player.

Nice music collection, but has minor flaws in execution
First impression: The music collection is very good and diverse. Many great, fun classical songs - ranging from lower intermediate level up to at least one well-known technical beast (Liszt's Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2) for only the most advanced players. There are significant flaws worth noting: 1. The plastic binding is way too tight to easily turn pages. The pages will eventually tear out if you're not careful turning them. As a result, it's not much more player-friendly than a regularly bound piano book (that always wants to close on you). 2. Editorially speaking, its content is inferior to traditional piano books (like the classic old, yellow cover with green font) because in some songs, a) there are fewer notations - tempo markings, style suggestions, etc. and b) the actual music notes look more tightly packed together - not as easy to read. Or maybe I'm getting old? :) Either way, this book feels more like a music theory workbook for college students than a nice, durable "songs to play" piano book. Despite the quibbles, I'm holding onto it because the music collection is impressive. I just wish they'd done a little better with usability and quality to make it a must have.
