If you mean inside front and back cover, yes they do have slip pockets inside the front and back covers.

Where are the rivets located? on the spine or the back cover. The picture shows the ring assembly mounted on the spine but the description says spine.

The other answers here are WRONG. The rings are mounted on the BACK of the binder, NOT the spine! I bought these binders based on the information here, and I am really angry about the misinformation. Amazon, why don't you allow us to look at the inside of a binder so we can see for ourselves where the rings are???
