I ordered this supplement due to low milk supply. I can’t say I was expecting it to work much as my supply had dropped at 3 months and after a week of frequent pumping and power pumping every day it had not increased. After a month of supplementing with formula, I decided to give these a try as a last ditch effort. After a couple of days of taking 5 pills/day, I could tell an increase in supply. I no longer had to give formula after the first feeding of the day and my let-down also occurred faster which was much needed! I still had to supplement with formula for the other 3 feedings however.I’ve nearly finished my first bottle and have not experienced any side effects I read about in previous reviews. All in all they were good, however I don’t plan to continue taking as I don’t find it cost effective since I’m still having to give formula as well.

This is an amazing, I went from pumping 2.5oz of milk to 5-6oz... definitely kept very hydrated as well to make that possible but overall I'm very pleased, I'm now almost 6months post partum and still pumping great! Please ladies do yourselves a favor if you're having trouble producing milk and go for it!! it took me about 3 days to see results.. normally I take 3 pills for reference.

I began taking this supplement when my milk supply drastically dropped due to my baby’s tongue tie. However, after my first dose, my newborn was in excruciating pain, crying uncontrollably and unable to sleep throughout the night. I was on the verge of taking him to the hospital because his cries were so heartbreaking, I could hardly bear it. Thankfully, I had some gripe water on hand, which helped ease his discomfort.Not only did the supplement cause my baby significant pain, but it also left me feeling severely dehydrated, with my heart racing to the point where I felt a panic attack coming on. Ultimately, I decided to discard about 9-10 ounces of the milk I had pumped because I couldn’t bear the thought of putting my baby through that pain again. I would NEVER buy this stuff again.

Sadly this didn't help me, I tried to make it work but it always made my heart race and make me a little nauseated. I was about to throw them away and my mom wanted them for herself. I gave them to my mom. She is Diabetic and she claims this has helped her control her blood sugar levels. She has been taking them whenever she feels the need to and she is almost done with the bottle.

I bought this at the recommendation of my lactation specialist a few weeks ago. I was taking 1 tablet at a time irregularly. My milk supply had been really low but i actually had engorgement and leakage some mornings after taking this. I went to visit my parents for a week and a half and left this at my house. When i pumped i would get max 2 ounces from both breasts when i went without it for that week and a half. After restarting this two days ago, my breasts are engorged in the mornings and fill up well between feedings. I'm taking 2 capsules 2 times a day. Looking at the amount of urine my baby is making, she is getting a lot more breastmilk....her diapers are soaking wet when i change her. She's now taking about 4 ounces per feed and is still able to be satisfied enough to sleep deeply after feeding from one breast! When i pump *even soon after feeding* I consistently get 4-5 ounces total from both breasts compared to 2 ounces like before. I was skeptical but this product works! Don't hesitate to give it a try. It does have a natural herbal taste to itSide note: we are West African. My mom brought herbs back from her last trip home to make me a soup that is given to new moms after giving birth. When she asked family to help her get the herbs, my uncle specifically suggested adding some of the moringa he has growing in his yard so apparently this is a well known galactogogue in our culture. When i have the soup, it helps increase my milk supply but nothing like taking these tablets do!

I ended up buying this product twice on my 6 month Breastfeeding journey because they worked so well ! It seems a little pricey but considering they worked well for me it’s a great value for what you’re all getting !
