I am a white girl with colored hair and this stuff is amazingly perfect for my hair. I love the smell and consistency. I love how soft and clean and moisturized my hair gets. Great product!!!

This combo shampoo/conditioner is my favorite! It primes my fine hair into a sweet soft, bouncy bob with ease.

On my fine hair, this does a great job as long as I wash it every day. With other cowashes my hair can skip a day or two and it would stay pretty fresh feeling, but this turns greasy feeling at the end of day one. Smells great and hair feels soft and clean, but can tend to the greasy feeling side.

I have 2A hair, very fine, normal thickness. I’ve been babying it for a few years since an unfortunate bleach accident, and as part of that I stopped using shampoo altogether. I’ve been using As I Am cowash, which is really great and I recommend it, but it wasn’t always rinsing clean anymore after using so long. I tried using tiny bits of shampoo occasionally to remove buildup, but my hair did not like that at all - it got dry and crackly and uncooperative even with a lot of conditioning afterwards. So I tried this, and I’m pretty happy with it. It’s more cleansing than conditioning, so if you need a lot of moisture, I would go with As I Am or some some other cowash. This works well for me, since I really just need a very gentle cleanser, and I use moisturizing conditioner afterwards anyway (Shea Moisture - it’s good stuff.) I still use As I Am most of the time on the damaged ends of my hair, but I am using only this on the roots, and I don’t get oily roots right away anymore. The scent is very strong, so don’t use it if you have a bad reaction to strong perfumes. I happen to like scents in general, and I like this one a lot, but even for me it was pretty strong at first. I also end up using more of this in one go than I would with As I Am cowash, but I only wash my hair ~ 2x a week, so that’s not a big problem. I’ve just added it to Subscribe & Save, now that it’s available again, and my daughter tried mine and is going to start using it also (her hair is 2A, fine, waist length, quite thick, and not damaged, and it works very well for her also.)

Love, love this! Finally an affordable co-wash that smells great! It leaves my hair soft but doesn’t weigh down the curls. I really like the smell. It’s not overpowering. Just a soft warm scent

I love love love this product! It smells so good and conditions well. I use this on my natural hair, wigs and extensions! I always buy more of this because I'm always running out.

Now my favorite shampoo! I started using it as part of a curly hair regime, now I use it always. My hair is so incredibly soft, and it stays clean for days.

I gave 3 stars because when first out of the bottle it has an odd petroleum smell that lasts 2 seconds then evolves into a pleasant odor. That is once it comes out of bottle. Doesn't squeeze out of bottle, the bottle is stiff (not a complaint) that won't break if dropped. It is thick but not thicker than other co-shampoo. Shaking the bottle upside down doesn't help for me. I am afraid to store it upside down since cap isn't made for upside-down storage. It leaves my curly hair perfect. It is very hot for the next few weeks. All I do is wash my hair with it - twice, towel dry, apply a little mousse and I am good to go. No fizzles, not even after my hair gets sweating. The only negative is I have grave difficulty washing my hair in the shower with the product. Great for my curly hair.

Most co-wash on the market just condition the hair with no cleasing agents… this one definitely replace my shampoo + conditionner when I want a quick wash day… Plus it smells good ! I just wish that there were bigger size

I have fine hair and I’ve found this particular co wash not too heavy for my curls. It’s creamy but not over creamy and does a good job of cleaning my hair and scalp without striping it dry. Always has and always will be my go to. You can it cheaper from your local beauty supply shop but it’s just more convenient to order and have it delivered to me, Covid has made me so lazy!!
