Product does not work. Amazon not allowing refund.
No power. Does not work. I ordered the same item last time. It stopped working in a months time. Amazon is forcing me for replacement of the same item. I therefore want a refund and not a replacement of the same defective product

Bigger than original but Good!
This 9 volt Sony style universal power adapter powered-up my Sony digital photo frame again.The power adapter is bigger than the original but works well. It has a tiny red led in the front that’s always On. I did not expect this distraction and covered it up with tape!

Gazab customer service
My review is about the company's customer service. Product can be good or bad though i received awsom quality product however its the customer service that matters the most. I have been shopping online from a long time but this company contacted me before they send the product and after i received the product just to confirm if i could receive the correct charger. I recommend this company and all their products.
