ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. AT FIRST I WAS WASN'T TO SURE ABOUT ORDERING THIS FLAT IRON WHEN I WAS READING THE REVIEWS BUT ONCE I RECEIVED IT I HAD TO WRITE A REVIEW. IM TOTALLY HAPPY IVE MADE THIS PURCHASE. I LOVE HOW STRAIGHT & SMOOTH THE FLAT IRON MAKES MY HAIR. IT WAS TOTALLY VERY EASY TO USE & THE SIZING & WEIGHT OF THE FLAT IRON IS PERFECT TO PUT INSIDE MY SMALL PURSE. I TOTALLY LOVE THE DESIGN OF THIS FLAT IRON COMPARED TO OTHER BRANDS!

My friend tried using my $150.00 CHI flat iron and told me, "Get rid of this!" She recommended this Infiniti flat iron to me and I am glad she did. This Infiniti flat iron is amazing and it only cost me less than a third of what I paid for my CHI.First of all, my CHI took over a minute to get hot enough to use, and even when it did, it only went up to 395 degrees Fahrenheit. The Infiniti really heats up in about 15 seconds and the higher heat option is great for those with thick hair. There are five heat levels available and it is easily visible at the side panel. The flat iron closes quite evenly so you're not left with random portions of not-straight hair. I like the handle because it is easy to pull together. It is not too tight where you're having to uncramp your hand every now and then. With my CHI I had to squeeze down the handles because the irons were uneven and the awkwardly thin handles left my hands cramped.This flat iron really does leave your hair frizz-free. I have a full head of thick curly hair, and I was able to get great results in about 45 minutes to an hour (which is great for my hair type). I thought a 1.5 inch size might be too small for taming my crazy hair, and contemplated the 2 inch size, but it works so good! With straight or simple wavy hair, I would imagine you could finish your look in half that. I always got sweaty after doing my hair but I found myself having to retouch it, if ever, only once, or twice on a humid day. I guess that tourmaline thing really does work. Compared to this, the CHI was horrible. I took over an hour to do my hair and it didn't even look good; AND I had to retouch it at least three or four times.I have had this flat iron for over four months now and I have not encountered any problems with it yet. I use it frequently, but it still heats up quick. The few times that I dropped it to the floor, I did not see any damage. It is quite a sturdy thing.This flat iron comes with a small case for the top of the flat iron so keep it shut when stowed away. This is great for those like me who rush, and don't have time to wait for the flat iron to cool before putting it away. Though I have not observed the auto shut-off feature with my flat iron yet, I think that safety feature is great. The only thing I should add here is that when you use a flat iron routinely, you should always use a heat protectant spray. I bought one by Thermasilk and I feel it worked well.So to recap...Pros:1. Price.2. Quality.3. Hair is shiny and frizz-free.4. Quick heat up.5. Safety feature.Cons:1. Heat damage.

The media could not be loaded. I saw the reviews where people had it for sale 10 or more years. So I had to order. It really helped straightening out my wig. The heat is perfect and my wig didn’t tangle. It was silky and smooth after straightening it with this flat iron. The shipping was fast and it arrived in god conditions.

The only feature I don't love about this flat iron is the cord. It's cheap and kinks easily. But, for a budget flat iron, I cannot complain. One feature I love about this flat iron is the curved sides... and it also heats up quickly. I have found it to be a great value for the money.

This is my second conair infiniti Pro flatiron! It works awesome!

My 3 daughters and I love this straightener!! It has adjustable heat settings which is great for us as 2 of us have thin hair and 2 have very thick hair. This straightener heats up super fast, and straightens in one swipe, so it takes very little time to straighten my entire head of hair, which is long. I love the thicker plates so I can straighten bigger sections at once, still only using one swipe. It has a nice grip on the handle to assist with squeezing, it’s super nice, and makes it really easy to use!! TIP: We ALWAYS use a heat protection oil on the last 3 inches of our hair to protect it from the straightening process, it really helps to prevent split/dry ends.

I've had this flat iron for 6 years now and I still love it. I use it daily to either smooth out the night before's blowout, completely straighten for a sleek look, or twist for curls! All 3 pics in this review were achieved using this iron. It adds a nice shine and does not damage my hair (when used with proper heat protectant), nor does my hair get stuck and yanked out like a lot of other irons do. The floating plates allow you to get really close to your scalp and not have those weird lines that always seem to get left behind by my previous iron, a 1" Chi.The only cons:1) Took a star off for temperature control. I don't think it gets up to anywhere near 455 degrees, or at least not anymore. But that's ok, really shouldn't be torching your hair anyway! Also, the dial has numbers on it from 5-25 so you don't really know what exact temperature you're at.2) Took a star off for traveling since this is a bit longer than others and not dual voltage. Also ok, since I'll just use my Chi for travel, but if they ever make this in a dual voltage version, I'm buying it immediately.Overall, a super effective tool, EXCELLENT value for the price. Would buy again if it ever breaks!

Heats up quickly. The grip is perfect for my usage and it’s light and easy to use.
