1) When you tighten the top, which contains the handle, it would not line up with the pitcher. The handle was off center about 30 degrees which puts it at an odd angle when trying to pour. This also puts the weight of the contents off center making it hard for some people to pour.2) it doesn't pour but dribbles like there's no vent (there's not); again, hard for some to deal with especially the young and old who find it hard to hold a full container 4-5 times longer than normal as the liquid slowly bubbles out of the container.3) like some others reviewed, the top just pops off into your glass when pouring about 1/3 of the time.This was extremely expensive in my opinion and should have no issues whatsoever at that price. I find it hard to believe that we just happen to get a bad one. We bought it based on all the fantastic reviews so it makes you wonder who is reviewing this product or did we really just get a dud like a few of the other reviewers. I strongly suggest trying another brand.

For just over 2 months they worked pretty good. They fit nicely in the door and we’re easy to clean. The bad: they don’t pour smoothly unless you pour kindof slowly. Also, less than 3 months in and BOTH pitchers I bought are cracked on the bottom. Tiny hairline almost unnoticeable cracks that create a slow leak. At first I didn’t realize they were cracked when I noticed a little ring of milk underneath then each time I picked them up. The plastic is just too brittle and even with normal use (not like we were slamming them around or anything) they don’t hold up over time.

This product is the perfect drink pitcher. It is pretty (turquoise is my fav color) It is light enough that it doesn't hurt my hand to hold it and I only need one hand - I have Arthritis in my hands. The one-touch button really works easily also just with one hand. I fits great in my small refrigerator even in the door pockets. It is not tippy when stood vertically and didn't leak when shaking up drink mix. I already ordered a 2nd one for my ice tea. It was easy to wash as well.

Use the for making ice tea and it is perfect. 212 degree water does nothing to it and is disheasher safe. The seal on the top works and for capacity, form factor perfect for a snaller fridge. Can set it on its side. Little pricey but you get what you pay for, best non glass pitcher i have ever owned.

this was exactly what I wanted in a tea pitcher as It has a sealable spout. But only had a month and the gasket in the lid just fell out on the floor as I was about to screw back on the container. Have tried and tried to reinstall but gasket keeps falling out. Trashed it and looking for one with a snap on lid.

I love this pitcher because I can lock it and lay on the side or upright. I have two with the black top which I use for sweet tea and I have three with the white top for unsweetened tea. I keep a set in our RV, a set in our home refrigerator and a white top in our mini refrigerator at work. At first there was a little learning curve for screwing on the top, but we have it down pat now. Over the year two were dropped when full and broke but I ordered replacements, kept the tops just in case. They are sturdy and I wash them lid top rack, clear pitcher bottom rack and have had no issues. They are easy to clean. The design is well thought out because it holds 99 oz and still fits in the door of a small refrigerator at work. I think this is the best product I purchased during Covid quarantine. Its use replaced my daily Sonic runs.

I like to make my own iced tea, in order to control the ingredients and avoid overly processed iced teas from the groceries. This pitcher is great - allows me to make a large batch, and I can pour boiling water right into the container with the tea bags. I also love that it's not glass and light enough to lift with a large amount of beverage in it. The mouth is wide enough for me to get my hand inside to thoroughly scrub when cleaning it. So far so good!

This is the fourth pitcher like this I have bought. I really, really like it. The big problem with it and the reason I bought four is the clear pitcher cracks easily. It always cracks on the bottom on a corner. This one only lasted five months. We try to be careful but to no avail. The pitcher always will crack with the lightest bump or a drop. I am over this pitcher unless it is greatly improved.
