The microfiber side cleans very well. However the squeegee side doesn't do as well. It leave streaks on the glass that you can't get off when recleaning. I love it otherwise, perfect for high windows.

Simple and effective. I love that I can wash the microfiber covers and if you want you can put your own towel or cloth on it. Squeegee works amazing and they give you an extra cloth and squeegee as well!

Metal that holds the rubber squeegee is sharp. It is not user friendly. Didn’t work as I had hoped.

I would give this less than a 1 if I could. The handle doesn't get at the correct angle to even be able to clean your windows properly and it's barely long enough to reach anything. The squeegee and sponge part feel flimsy. All on all would not recommend.

The insides of our windows can get quite dirty, but it's always a massive pain to clean them. I've tried the Karcher Window Hoover, but that's more for clearing up afterwards than for actually cleaning. We have quite a lot of windows, so I was looking for something that would help me clean more quickly and easily. This looked good, as it can be set at three different lengths and the cleaning / squeegee head can adjusted to multiple settings to the left and right - to suit pretty much any window position.It's simple to put together - literally seconds - and the pole is much sturdier than I expected, as it's metal rather than plastic. The box also come with a spare cloth and plastic strip for the cleaning head, and a little brush for use with the cleaning head or that you can use to clean between the gaps on computer keyboards. This helps me to clean windows much quicker now, and - although window cleaning still isn't exactly fun - it's much easier now!

Seems quite sturdy but the longer pole option is still nowhere near long enough to reach first floor windows. Useful if you have a bungalow but no good for anyone wanting to clean the upstairs windows of a house.

It's a bit rubbish really. Mainly because the mop part doesn't squeeze out so you're left with a sodden mess to wash the windows, which just goes everywhere, and the scraper part has no effect on removing all the excess water. I bought it to clean the indoor windows because I have arthritis and find window cleaning difficult, this has made the job ten times worse! And the windows are left full of streaks. A complete waste of money, I definitely do not recommend it. It was easy to put together though!

As we have some work going on I’m our house lot of dust settling in window I bought this as it was difficult to clean your windows every day it has become. Very easy it is with money I will highly recommend this especially if you live near busy road and your house windows get dirty due to pollution of cars just like houses on A406 stretch towards stepalcorner or hamger lane etc this willYour life easy

I see many people asking if this would reach second floor windows on a house, well the answer is no, not even close. I hoped it would reach, with some people claiming it can, they are either not telling the truth, or they have very small two floor houses. Other than that, build quality is ok and it does the job fine for ground floor windows.
