The instructions were horrible, there is a small hole by the charging usb. You press it and it will allow you to record the administrator finger prints. You will enter the same print from various angles about 10 times, then it will let you do another. It saves two administrator fingerprints. The lock is not high security, but better than a tsa luggage lock. It is convenient, requiring only a fingerprint to open. It will help keep honest people honest, but could easily be broken so don't secure anything of high value or where it is likely to be broken into. Suitable for gym locker, a gate, perhaps a school locker. My wife has trouble reading the small numbers on combination locks so this will be very helpful for her at the gym.

If you want a gym lock, this is pretty decent. The bolt is much thinner than combination locks, and I feel like if someone really wanted to break in and had a hammer or bolt cutter, this would be much easier to break than normal Master locks, but this was good enough for my purposes.I had a little bit of a hard time figuring out how to program it, and sometimes I have to try a few times to open it, but not so much that it freaks me out. That reminds me, I should make sure I still have those instructions.It's a good product for the price though.

Rather than drone on about this lock, let me highlight some things it does:Your whole family can have their fingerprints entered into this lock.Lost keys are a think of the past. It's Perfect for things like gym lockers, luggage, security of women's purse when shopping. Anyplace where you might need to unlock quickly and not have to fumble for keys.Now folks, that is about it, anything not exposed to the weather 24 hours a day can probably be handled by this lock. It is not a high security lock but you would need a set of bolt cutters to get it open without the proper fingerprints. I give it 5 Stars because I have one closet that I keep locked but need the adult members of my family to have access, this is a MUCH better solution than making up a handful of keys that get lost or forgotten.

Works great. But the instructions are, well, bad English translated from Chinese. Like you need to use the included "pin key" to push the button on the side to enter the fingerprints. There are no YouTube videos on this either. But, as soon as my wife saw it I had to buy another!

I bought two of these fingerprint locks,They are both pieces of crapWorking ok for a week or so, then they wouldn't recognize fingerprints...You would have to keep tucking around 20 times to get it to openI put one on driveway gate and had to stand like a baffoon trying to open lock to pull in carStraight junk!!!

Overall it's an above ok lock. Not the best for security but for a locker it would do the job. First one came defective do they send me a new one. Battery life is good so far. It's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't recharged it yet. Fingerprint reader works ok most of the time. It got an 80 to 85% chance of reading your fingerprint on the first try. I would give a B- to this lock.

This lock works great and the best part is no Bluetooth app to deal with a lot of these other locks have Bluetooth apps required but all of them are in Chinese the apps crash randomly they demand location services to be on and you don’t know if the app is stealing any personal info email password or even a scan of your fingerprint.This lock there is no Bluetooth or shady app to deal with very simple to program you just press the little button on the side and it starts scans for a new fingerprint no headache fast and easy and very secure long life battery life

I was very excited to see how a finger print lock works and there fore ordered it. I must say I am not disappointed at all. I have given it an overnight charge the day I got it and checking it everyday multiple times and it is still working. It is a very sleek looking lock and perfect for gym lockers or luggage bags. Can recognize up to 10 fingerprints so it is perfect for a small as well as big family.
