Good product
This is a good Spring Valley product. Biotin is supposed to help with hair, and nail problems. I am going to try it.This is a good reputable seller. They made a mistake and sent me two different items. I let them know and they corrected it right away. Since it was pills I guess they can't take the wrong ones back, but I received the correct ones quickly. They made it right with me. Good company, quick delivery.

Great for hair, skin & nails
I started taking this supplement about a month ago and have definitely seen a difference in the strength of my nails. My finger nails have never grown this fast and this strong. Additionally, my skin seems it be clearer as well since starting this biotin.

Using Biotin for 8 years!
After my surgery 8 years ago, I was instructed to take several vitamin supplements daily. I began to notice thinning hair within a year or so, so I added 10,000mg Biotin to my regime. The thinning hair could be blamed on age and not the surgery, but I believe the Biotin may be helping to bring back some of the lost hair.
