Good pan, but unlike what the description says, it's not dishwasher safe at all. It came out warped and discolored and completely unusable, now the pan is ruined and I have to buy a different one.EDIT: Updating review. The seller has changed the description and offered me a refund and replacement. Great customer service and great plan (as long as you don't put it in the dishwasher)

The pans are thicker than typical baking sheets and give more of a quality feel. I've only used them once so far for baking frozen pizza and it cooked evenly. Lots of cheese baked on and this came clean fairly easily with some baking soda and nylon scrubber.

I paired these pans with silicone baking mats and/or quarter sheet cooling racks. The mats made cleanup easy after baking cookies and roasting vegetables. I use the racks to elevate food so convection air flows all around and oil drips away into the pan. I also use a racked pan to thaw frozen food in the fridge overnight. Unfortunately, my toaster oven has hot spots so I am hesitant about baking a "sheet" cake. I highly recommend these pans.

Update: I’ve had these pans for about a month and one of them has warped already. I’ve been careful about properly cooling them so I’m sad to see it’s damaged so quickly.Pretty sturdy set of pans. I seasoned them but I have not yet tried cooking without parchment paper. I’ve heard The acidity of tomatoes can ruin Aluminum pans so I’m worried about that being a drawback to this.The pans do feel durable and of the same quality of pans that I have used in restaurants though

I recently ordered a Luby countertop oven from Amazon and needed some cookie sheets to go with that purchase. These quarter-sheet pans were perfect for that purpose. They are very heavy duty. They come excellently packed with instructions on cleaning and seasoning the pans. I have used them already without any problem whatsoever. They are very heavy duty and should not warp. Very pleased with this purchase.

These are the best baking sheets I have ever used and the company has great customer service.The first baking sheet I ordered came with some scratches and had black marks, which easily removed.I called customer service and they promptly sent me another.This is the best baking sheet I have ever used. Most baking sheets have a film that tends to come up after a while. This baking sheet doesnt have that. It cooks great, too
