Age of use: 3 months My Original Canon eyecup rubber came off after 2 years. So tried the FotoTech replacement Eyecup. The product was delivered promptly and the packaging was minimalistic. There are no instructions with the product, but if you were looking for instructions, then I think Youtube or your Camera manual is your best friend. The eyecup fit perfectly into the original groove. The fit and form of the mating pieces must have been designed well. It snaps right into it. The rubber eye cup is soft and doesnt bother if it presses against your skin while taking pictures. Good product. Definitely recommend as replacement part

Excellent replacement eyecup for Canon Rebel xSi 450D.
The original eye cup on my Canon Rebel xSi 450D, kept falling off. I believe the plastic probably just got old and the little clip pieces broke. This FotoTech eyecup arrived quickly and fit perfectly. It's exactly like the original piece.

Sad for the purchase
The item description says Canon T2i served in the camera, but is not, is very small, no use. Sad for the purchase and the low cost of the product, not worth applying return.

5 of 5 Just perfect!!.. Fits great on my Canon EOS Rebel T4i. I lost the original from the my camera, and was very sad, then I found this on Amazon and so affordable, that I had to get it. Its a must have.

it became loose just like the original one guess they don't make cameras like ...
it became loose just like the original one guess they don't make cameras like they used to, my old Canon T70 still has it's original Eyecup this is 3 on my T4i both cameras are stored in similar Canon OEM cases/bags my T4i's Eyecup keeps coming off when I remove the camera from the bag??? the clips seem to weak to hold it on. it's just as good as the Canon one I just have to deal with it I guess?

Fits like a glove

Since my original Canon eyecup "mysteriously" disappeared, I got this one for its replacement. It's well made, fits tightly to the camera, which I like the most hoping it would remain there for long time. Only thing, I noticed its rubber seal seemed to be thinner than the original part but still adequate to serve its purpose. Overall, a good replacement for the OEM eyecup.
