I'm 5'7 and I weigh 197lbs and ware size 12 pants and L or XL shirts. I ordered a Large and when I first put it on I was worried that it was too small. After I struggled zipping it halfway, the rest of the way zipped up nicely. Once you get it zipped, the worry of it being too small goes away. It's comfortable and made with high quality materials. The construction of it was exactly what I was looking for. I didn't want one that was a razor back that would cut into my back fat. This one is from shoulder to shoulder and dosen't cut into back fat, giving you a smooth back and sides!!!

I love it!!! It’s perfect I was expecting defects and bad material due to the reviews but no it’s as described plus more..but thank god I read reviews that the size chart is wrong and way off because I would’ve got sizes way too big. Do not go bye size chart!!! Go by your regular shirt size if you wear comfy t-shirts that’s not fitted sizes.My t-shirts size is an XL your normal work out or outer wear to be comfortable in t-shirts and I’m 5,7 weighing 204 pounds so I wear a extra large in tops the size chart was telling me to get a 3x or 4x in size off my waste inch and I’m a 36/37in waste but NO that’s wrong I order a XL and it fits perfect not to big not to small just a enough tightness to get results. I would get the size you wear in tops that are not fitting tops or size up from your regular top size if not your exact top size in the trainer you purchase.i hope this helps anyone and saves them from losing money..I’m more than pleased with my trainer, it’s been a journey to find the right trainer size and this is exactly what I wanted.love it!

Omg when I say snatch!! I’m snatched!! It’s a little right but I can deal the only problem is when I sat down it rolled.

I was going to exchange it for a large because it takes a while to get in but I like his it looks and feel on so I’m going to stick to the medium . I’m 5”5 1/2 205lbs last I checked . I’m going to wear it for 6mo 23/7 . Only when I’m not showering unless I feel sick or something . I’ll come back with an update . I do plan do exercise 20mins every morning I wake up to get my metabolism going and stop eating after 10

I have only been wearing this for one day. But I really like it and I like the price even more. I’m 6ft, waist 36 inches my hips are 50 inches and I ordered the 4x. By no means do I wear a clothing size of 4x in real life. No, not at all.I have no real expectations of this shrinking my waist line. But I’ll use it for the next 90 days to see if I see any difference. I do like the comfort and security it brings to my abdomen. I do not have any hanging skin and my stomach does not fold over my pants. But I could stand to lose a good 6 inches off my waist line for aesthetic purposes. The two straps that go around your abdomen is pretty much at the end of the Velcro for me, so if I’m consistent with my diet and exercise I can see me moving down to a size 3X relatively quickly. I have ordered several waist trainers. Like the rest. The sizes are definitely not listed correctly so go up 2 sizes. I’m a size 14 in clothes and had to buy a 3XL. But, once it was on, it helped with my posture. No wires/boning poking at me. If working out, it WILL make you sweat. And the straps are the key! You can tighten them as your waist adjusts. I really like this product! I’d buy it again.Side note: it pushes your girls WAY up once it’s on.

it's not cheapest but it's also not some glorified 180$ celebrity-endorsed chunk of hard rubber and clasps. This is a good quality waist trainer for its price. I use it more for back support. Sometimes the straps can cause chaffing but they are adjustable. I do think though if you want the velcro straps to really cinch you in this ain't it. The real tight cinching comes from the hook-eye closure layer. Overall, I'm satisfied and I do like that it's sturdy, durable, and most importantly goes down the whole length of your stomach (muffin top included). I'm also very tall so that's been an issue for me in the past. It's a good waist trainer for the long term as well if you get the right size because even as you lose weight you can just tighten it with the hook-eye closures.

I love these. But for some reason it’s a bit loose at the very bottom. I just lower my straps and tighten them. But other wise good buy. Oh and for some reason they make me itch (not just this brand). So I always wear a tank under mine. I’m an XL and I ordered a 2X . So definitely order up.
