I make a lot of small cross stitch pictures, and framing them right in the hoop is an easy and clean way to frame them up. With the blue or other colors, you can give them as a gift, and I can color code them to match whatever the picture colors are. I think it's a good value for the money, and it's something I know I'm going to need. When I finish a picture, the toughest last step is the framing and finishing, and this way I already have these on hand to make that step quick and easy, so I think I will get my projects finished quicker and not have them sitting around in a ziploc waiting for me to frame them. I am looking forward to making some as sets as well, since the frames will all match.

I Love these blue embroidery hoops. They are very high quality with a great strong screw on top. A really great value too.

Good quality craft hoop, especially considering the price. It has a deep grove around the hoop to hold fabrics in securely. This is my second set and I'm sure I will buy more in the future.

I didn't not see that this has a notch where the hoops fit together.
