searched high and low for this bulb, ordered it not knowing if it would fit my lamp (naturalight) but it does, works so well I ordered a second one for a spare

Worked in Naturalight UN1030
UPDATE Aug 2022: Bulb worked great for about 2 years. This is substantially less time than the original. It has been flickering for about 6 months. Can't tell if it's the bulb or power supply. Original Review Dec 2019: Worked as direct replacement for my Naturalight UN1030 magnifying lamp. This bulb is hard to find. Without direct physical comparison it is difficult to know if it would fit. At first it worked for about 2 seconds. Then I discovered the switch was also bad. I bypassed the switch and it works fine. Now to get a replacement switch.....

I ordered this bulb as a replacement for the previous bulb I brought from Amazon over 6 years ago. As soon as I opened it I was aware that is was a cheaper quality than the original. After 2 days it started flickering and then died. I contacted the seller who said, "We do not have any control over product's quality or result of the product." Why would you sell something that you cannot control the quality of? Very bad service I DO NOT recommend!
