Chip Quik EGS10C-20G Electronics Grade Silicone Adhesive Sealant 20g (0.7oz) Squeeze Tube (Clear) for Precision Dispensing

I was looking for something to secure torroidal cores/inductors and a transformer to my PCB on a radio project and it was easy to apply. Precise application (a dab on components) and a dab on nuts to secure and prevent loosening. Give it a couple days to fully cure and it IS Tough!This has made my finished board more robust and durable for travel. Highly recommend.Some reviews are out and out inaccurate... this is NOT silicon grease and Not a Traditional Adhesive as in glue.... it is similar to a caulking sealant, only in a small tube for small applications.

Works. I used this to secure some protect/secure some leads on a repaired sub amp. No issues.

After shopping all around town, because the sales folks in our small community did not understand the usage of Electronic Grade Silicone. I as usual, turned to Amazon for the product I needed. Well it worked, the Silicone is holding in place, two MIcro-SD cards in a Hammond XK-5 with out the fear of the Micro's popping loose...The only complaint is that the Silicone is Black and not the typical Clear. I guess the Black shade indicates that it is Electronic Grade.Enjoy,dmc<><

Excellent product

This worked very well for installing a pcb in a housing and attaching it securely. Regular silicon or RTV will attack the pcb traces - this product will not.

I found this product and bought one. First one arrived in a plastic bag and had the paste all over inside the bag. Found out it had a cut in the bottom of the tube. Had it reordered and was supposed to send my first one back for a refund. Second one came and I went to squeeze the paste out of the small hole in top and got a lot on my hand due to another big hole in the bottom of the second tube. Wonder if it’s awful plastic or what’s going on with these tubes. Will not order again

I can’t say much other than it works as advertised.
