It's made a difference in my busy grandson
He's NOT diagnosed with anything. He's a VERY busy and VERY active 3yr old. Sometimes his emotions can get overwhelming and he needs help with refocusing. I bought these on a suggestion of a trusted friend who had a child that benefited greatly from brushing his skin.I got to test it out. My little human was starting to spin out, just over exciting and started to throw things, not in anger, just from too much energy trapped in him. I got his attention, got him to let me start off brushing the palm of his hand... he like it enough that I was able to get him to sit on the couch. I asked him if I could brush his arms, then his legs. He really liked the fronts and backs of his hands brushed. Can I just tell you it re centered him, calmed him down. It was a 180!! I've also used it at bed time, brushing his hands, sometimes his legs. It's truly helped in putting him in a more restful place emotionally, calmed his very active brain and allowed him to drift off to sleep much faster. It seemed silly at first, but I'll tell you what, when your baby is literally spinning out of control and you don't want to discipline them or yell at them... it's literally a time when there's strong emotions & they're not yet equipped with language to express what's going on inside, they're little bodies tend to get wild. I know some adults like this.... lol The brushing has helped him, helped us with him.

Life Changing
I am so glad to have found a larger easy grip brush for brushing my daughter. We currently brush every 2 hours and trying to hold the little brush her therapist gave her was just cramping my hand and I kept sending the brush flying when my finger hit her back. I got these to try and have a better grip and more control, I’m so glad I did. The orange brush is the one from this set and the green brush is from the OT. You can see the size difference. These are more expensive then the other type of brush, but it is so well worth it.

Love them
My clients and I really love these brushes. The colors make it extra fun and aid in communication. We can choose yellow on happy days, blue on sad, and knowing a clients favorite color can put a smile on their face. The tops of the brushes do pop off. Very easy to out back on but it does leave quite a bit of space to be able to hide things so be careful if you work with clever human beings like I do.

So fun!
My 5 y/o is in OT and we do brushing exercises 2x daily. We have a white brush but he was stoked to find colors!!! Just adds a little more “happiness” to the exercises…and we each have our own brush :) lol

The design makes a + difference
I've used surgical brushes in the past. I was hoping these bristles would be a bit firmer but they are the same, which is standard. The big difference is the hand grip & that makes it worth the purchase. It fits so comfortably in my hand & feels so natural that it improves the sensory brushing experience for the better.I recommend.

Great quality
These are great quality brushes and color adds a fun dimension for kids and can also serve as individual colors for each child In a special Ed classroom setting so they don’t mix them up.
