Q: Is Hojicha twig tea the same as Bancha twig tea?

Not sure, but Kukicha is the dark brown twigs that you boil for a few minutes then strain And save and boil again...they last a few days and get weaker with each boiling.

Q: Can anyone explain why this product has a Proposition 65 warning?

I'm not completely sure, but it seems that many plant products have some naturally occurring lead in them. It is unlikely that these lead levels pose any significant risk to the consumer.
