The lap harp music books are great and I plan to order more!

Purchased this volume for our 5 year old to go with her lap harp Christmas gift. The book is very nice, fits the harp perfectly and offers a good variety. The item arrived quickly from its independent seller and included a nice handwritten note on a printed description of the item and explanation about how some of the proceeds are donated to some animal welfare organizations -- it was like a little bonus gift, because this book, with shipping, was not inexpensive. I think it's worth it, though, to build your lap harp music library. If my daughter continues to play as enthusiastically as she has, I am guessing we will end up ordering more volumes in the future.

I originally had one of these lap harps for my own children, and loved the sound and the concept. Therefore when I had grands I bought one of each for the families. 2 of the 3 needed serious tuning but still love the product. The Christmas music is great and I love that it is spiral bound. Just know it is probably not for preschoolers. A couple may be, but I would not recommend this music for children under 6 or 7 unless they are gifted.

I got a zither/lap harp for my family this Christmas and I was looking for some music. I saw this sweet book of music and I am so glad I ordered it. As I was wrapping the present today, I tried it out. I am completely unmusical, unlike the rest of my family, and even I could play from these charts. The book slides perfectly under the strings, and it is so clear and obvious what strings you should play that anyone would be able to do it. Great selection of songs too! Super fast shipping and the seller/author was kind enough to include a sweet personal message and autograph which makes it even more special! Highly recommended!

When I first got the book, I was unsure about it. My zither wasn't tuned with the F# and all the songs played off. When I figured out my error, the musice finally came out. My nephews and niece really enjoy playing Christmas music with me: I accompany them on my guitar. Even my sibs don't mind plucking out a tune when they think no one is paying attention. I really like the notation that has basic rhythms in standard notation. My oldest niece can figure out the timings and teach her cousins if they don't know the carol. Overall a very good book for lap harps and building a fun musical christmas tradition.

I am collecting these songbooks for my adult daughter. She has multiple severe disabilities, including cerebral palsy, and shrieks with joy as I help her play the lap harp (hand-over-hand with an adapted pick). I am also building my grandson's (4 yrs old) collection of the World of Harmony Music books. He loves the fail-safe nature of playing both familiar and new songs.Thank you for your amazing curriculum and dedication toward successful educational musical experiences. (I used to be a Primary Montessori directress and realize the importance of your work.)
