Good stuff, and cheaper than keeping several cats.
Seems to work better than D-Con and other brands. Even did a number on a raccoon that got into my bait station outdoors, so keep pets far away. Doesn't take long to really reduce the mouse population, but it's a never ending battle if you live in the country and don't have cats.

Seems to be working-will add updates!
After using rodent contraceptives, baking soda/plaster of paris DIY recipes, snap traps, and removing all food sources, someone recommended this product to me. Everything else I did helped, but didn’t stop the situation. The first night that I set out 4 bars, I didn’t hear any activity at all and I suspect it was because the bars provided an easy dinner. Tonight I heard a moment of activity that quickly stopped, I think it was because the bars were found. I placed one of the bars where I could easily see and hear activity- that bar has been untouched which leads me to believe that the rodents that usually hang out there may have gotten their lethal dose. The bar that was placed in the same area last night was gone-hopefully a shared last meal. I also ordered bait stations, but they’re being delivered later-I just couldn’t wait to start using the product. I’ll continue using snap traps and rodent contraceptive product. I have set out 2 one pound bars divided up over the last few days and tossed them in areas of high activity. I plan to add an update. Just the serious absence of activity is awesome! Update: less than a week after setting out the bars, I’m seeing dead rodents and have noticed zero activity in the last 24 hours. Last night I intentionally set out some dry dog food in the kitchen and nearly 20 hours later it’s untouched! I won’t be doing that again, but it definitely added to my confidence for continued success in the product! I did use the bait stations as well. There’s still some partially eaten bars in the bait stations. I plan to only use those when empty verses tossing some bars in various places. I used two bars in each station. I’m very pleased with this product and will continue to update. I still have 5lb. of product left and am hoping that’s all I’ll need. I would highly recommend this!

Still great after all these years
I purchased these again in 2020 a huge pack because they only had the huge pack ! Of course they worked No more mouses in the house - in 2020 I would have wanted a smaller pack but - I'm so blessed I dont need them :) MY review from 2015 ---back story ---I live in old houses converted into multiple individual apts within them when I moved to north Texas I had a rat situation where in my current apt the critters were being heard in the kitchen and I was seeing droppings . I bought small poison boxes . And would see them move every now and then . I didn't know exactly how big the mice / rodents were . I have had situations where rats have eaten everything out of my cupboard in a bag thick or thin . I put almost everything in my refrigerator . ***product review **** When I bought this poison i carelessly did not open the bag or put it up yet for an unknown reason I had it in my bathroom on the floor unopened . . Tonight In the kitchen I heard strange noises and I had no idea where the sound was comming from at first then I realized it was in the bathroom . I started to pray cause I didn't want to see the rat . It sounded super huge like it was flopping around I had no idea what it could possibly want in my bathroom and had NEVER EVER heard anything comming from my bathroom since I moved in 3 months ago . I had only heard sounds from the kitchen . I walked in and saw the poison bag . It had been EATEN open like a snack . And dragged about a foot away from where I had it . I have one of those bathtubs that connects to the floor but is separate from the wall. And there is a small crack between the bathtub and the wall . That bag was as close as it could be to that small space . It was as if the critter wanted to take it with itself . My mouth dropped when I saw this. When I walked into the bathroom I also waited till I didn't hear anything at all I looked around no critters in site they must have given up trying to take the bag with them. All I can say is that's pretty awesome . And I thank God I for some reason had the unopened bag in my bathroom tonight. I know you're supposed to position the poison in the critters pathway but my critter did it for me.

Works as Advertised – Infestation Gone in Days
I had a pretty bad rat infestation—I could hear them daily in the walls and attic, especially at night. Based on the positive reviews for Just One Bite II, I gave it a try, and I'm very impressed with the results. To help attract the rats faster, I dipped each bait stick lightly in peanut butter before placing them around the attic. I spread out a full pound (8 sticks) up there. That first night, the rats were very active, but by the next day, the noise had already started to die down. Two days later, all the bait was gone. I set out a second pound of bait the same way, and after another three days, about 70% of it had been eaten or carried off—most likely taken back to their nest. The rodent activity in the attic and walls completely stopped after that. No more scratching or scurrying at all. I also placed some bait (also peanut butter-dipped) outside under the house where I knew they were active. It took a couple of days for them to find it, but once they did, the entire bait stick disappeared overnight. It's been just over a week now, and I’ve only come across one dead rodent, but the lack of activity tells me the bait did its job. I was worried there might be a bad smell if any died inside the walls, but so far, there’s been none. This product works exactly as described by others. Highly recommended if you're dealing with a serious rodent problem.
