Very Challenging Puzzle, Recommended for Experienced Puzzlers
I absolutely love this puzzle. It's my first round puzzle and that has been a new challenge. The pizza has 8 slices. The bell pepper and the olive slices are relatively easy to assemble. I do a lot of puzzles and I have to say that after the bell pepper and the olive slices, I have found this to be among the most difficult puzzles that I have ever assembled. It requires a lot of patience. I recommend listening to a podcast or to an audio book while you're working on this puzzle. If, like me, you like challenges, this is a good one. The color of the pieces on the box is somewhat different from the puzzle pieces. Very satisfying if you like challenges.

Challenging but fun
It arrived quickly and well packaged. I’m the only puzzle fan in my family, so this took me a few months to finish. I enjoyed working on it each delicious slice at a time. I was delighted to put the last piece in place!I also bought one of these for a friend.

Possibly toughest jigsaw ever
Bits & Pieces jigsaws are some of the finest quality ever. We do 3-4 1000 piece puzzles each month so we know our stuff. B&P puzzles are thick pieces, die cut, so no two pieces are exactly alike. Unlike some cheap ones with a hundred pieces all the exact same shape. And their shaped puzzles are tougher bc no corners. But THIS one was challenging and aggravating bc of all the brown shades. It was a real triumph when we finished. Phew! If you’re gifting this, make sure the recipient enjoys tough ones!

This is challenging puzzle
For the most part I enjoyed this puzzle but had to change my thinking part way through on how I was going to get it finished. I started out with the frame, got that done and then tried to separate out the different "slices" but that proved too difficult for all except the green pepper slice. That was the only easy one to do in my opinion anyways. After staring at the puzzle for several days and finding very few pieces to fit I decided to change tactics and arrange the remaining pieces by type and that helped so much better. Once together you can tell all the slices but in pieces the colors just blend and they look alike. The reds all look the same and you can tell some of the olive pieces but other than that it was a bear of a puzzle but a sense of accomplishment once I finished it. If you don't have room to sort and layout of the pieces or patience for a challenging puzzle I would pass on this one. Doing puzzles should be a relaxing event and not a stressful one. I work full time and enjoy doing these after work to destress.

5 stars for fun, 3 for quality
This is a hard puzzle. The pieces don’t look alike, and don’t line up when assembling small portions. And some interior pieces look like edge pieces. Which is fun and an interesting challenge - took me about 2x the time of one of my usual 2000 piece puzzles. I found it a fun challenge, but if you’re looking for a family fun night, kids are going to get frustrated very fast. But as others said, the image is low quality with a poor color palette. I needed bright lights the whole time to differentiate the sausage, pepperoni, mushroom, and onion slices. And as others said, some of the puzzle cuts were not complete.

Devilishly Difficult
This is my first "Bits and Pieces Puzzle" and my first round one as well. That being said, I have assembled many 1000 piece puzzles and this one was by far the most difficult one I ever tried. The quality was very good and the pieces fit together well - which was lucky for me because I basically had to assemble the puzzle by sorting the pieces into common unique shapes and trying to join them to their mates by predicting which common shape pile(s) to concentrate on. Usually you can figure out which pieces to concentrate on by shape AND color - but with this puzzle the color was not much help. In fact, I lost count of the number of times that I mated up two pieces and the colors did not seem to match at all. I ended up just assembling the outer ring and then proceeding ring by ring until I got to the middle - which had really strange-shaped pieces. Many times I figured that the piece I was looking for was "lost" - but eventually I found them and when done there were no missing pieces at all. I would recommend that only serious puzzle people try this one since novices will probably get frustrated and not finish it. It took me over a week to finish it and I spend quite a few hours each day on it.

Not a delicious puzzle experience
I bought this to do with my partner, since he's a pizza connoisseur, and we wanted the challenge of a round puzzle. This puzzle was definitely challenging, but not because of its shape - the image quality was terrible. Absolutely awful. Like someone took a low-resolution photo and blew it up to print on this puzzle, the image was grainy, fuzzy, and the colors didn't remotely match the image on the box. Additionally, several pieces were broken on arrival. Not at all worth the money. I will be returning this puzzle, and not purchasing from this company again.
