My children have asked me to pack them some sushi for lunch. I was looking for a sushi maker to ease my job. I was happy to find this product. It is made in Japan! Good quality. Super easy to clean by hand wash. My kids also had fun to make sushi too.

After I got this item, I invited my family over to try the nigiri!! They love it!

I thought it worked perfectly for what I needed.At first, I thought the pieces might come out a little small, but they were perfect.This device allows you to pack it in, in a consistent shape, where it won't fall apart. Then I laid the salmon on top and did a final pack with my hands and everything held together nicely. I was very pleased.

I was making individual spicy salmon nigiri. Using this saved so much time and made sushi/sashimi night so much easier to prepare for. 4 star for ease of use because it doesn't always come out easily.
