There's not much I can say - it's a foam roller. Perhaps this item deserves five stars or perhaps not even three; I had read so many reviews of this item and of many others sold by different sellers and they ALL had a similar fault - the inside plastic roller "may" crack and even break completely within about three months! I'm a light user (both in body weight and how often I use it) so I hope this lasts a while. This is why I've given four stars.The item itself appears well made for the price. Great.
