Our home started to get stuffy when the temperature dropped outside and the air conditioning wasn't coming on all the time. We decided to simmer some potpourri on the stove, unfortunately we allowed all the water to boil off, nearly damaging the pan. This happened more than once, so I decided to get this electric warmer.We are able to use the same mixture of potpourri without the water evaporating completely, this is both because the pot is covered and allows the scent to vent but retains most of the moisture, and because it doesn't get that hot. This ceramic warmer works very well to make potpourri smell great throughout the house.

I like the pots size and the pots design, but it doesn't produce enough heat to expel the aroma from the potpourri. I even added more potpourri and had the pot plugged in all day. Water was slightly warm. Very discouraging.

I'm very happy with this product I ordered 4 at one time and they all was delivered safely not broken because it is ceramic and they all work! This is a old school product but, the best product compared to the newer one s. I looked for this certain one in every store couldn't find any I had one already and this one last me for some years I'm glad the seller still makes them, this is the only kind I will buy .it works the best of all and gives the longest lasting scent for hours but, I wish it comes with a on and off switch or timer but ,that's OK I trust this brand and it is well worth the price!

I bought this simmer pot because during the cold months it tends to get dry in our home. I often have a pot on top of our range simmering with oranges and cloves or cinnamon sticks. I bought this so I wouldn’t have to do that. It’s great in theory but barely gets the water temp past Luke warm cup of tea. I wish it got warmer and had a temp control. Should’ve bought a mini crockpot instead.

After it heats up and your have added the oils, very low fragrance. Mine has been plugged in for days, no smell in the room. I would not purchase the item in the future nor recommend it.
