Peach Couture Elegant Vintage Jacquard Paisley Feel Shawl Wrap Scarf

Hello,Today's date is 7/16/2013 and I'm reviewing this scarf that I had bought maybe a month ago.Now the scarf in this pictures is quite shiny and I'm sure a lot of you will agree. When you get it, it isn't shiny like that. It's more dark and light doesn't reflect off it like that in the picture.And by dark I don't mean Dark Forest Black Purple that you couldn't tell is Purple. What I mean is that it looks more like DARK VIOLET is more the color.The scarf itself is extremely soft and I've bought numerous scarfs from this company and I'm sure a lot of you have read the reviews of black lines, strings coming off etc.This scarf didn't come with any black lines on it, there were a couple loose strands of the scarf, but it's easy to remove it without damaging the scarf or just ignoring it.The scarf is fragile, I mean if you get it stuck on something then yes you probably will pull strings. That is true and I've done it.I'm not disappointed at all. I really do like this scarf and I'm not gonna tell you where to wear it because I'm not gonna have you think you can only wear it certain places.But I do recommend it if you like scarves in general. For it is very soft and will look great however you decide to wear it.Side Note though: This "Wrap" or scarf is long so you'd need to wear it like in a modern loop fashion.-karkar

I must be honest. I had heard of peach couture from various websites and magazines but I still was not sure what to expect. believe me this scarf exceeded my expectations. it is simply gorgeous, elegant, definitely sized generously, fits well over the shoulders and body, does not slip off the shoulders and is priced at the appropriate price. making this affordable is important because I felt that I paid EXACTLY what I should have given all of its criteria. if peach couture had charged more I would have returned it. kudos to peach couture for a perfect 10 across the scale!!! also, I highly recommend this for a gift or stocking-stuffer perhaps to any lady or lady-friend in your life regardless of age. no woman who is into pashmina shawls will remain disappointed. they will definitely think that you splurged on them- and that is never a bad thing! :) again, a heart-felt thanks to peach couture for not taking advantage of your customer but for catering to your customer. my best to all of you!

I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS PASHMINA!!!It came very neatly folded in a plastic bag. The colors are beautiful, the material is soft, and it held up amazing in the washing machine! I hung it to dry. I have gotten several compliments and plan on buying more in different colors. I am beyond satisfied with this product.I am going to point out that the label isn’t stitched on it’s glued on and it stuck through the washing machine.

I bought this scarf as a Christmas gift for my sister. She's one of those hard people to shop for, and I was concerned that she wouldn't like it. Its now her favorite scarf. Its probably about 5 ft long and 2 ft wide, she has sensitive skin and its super soft so she can wear it everyday (and in the winter she does with her gray wool coat). The pattern done in black isn't overwhelming and is subtle enough not to overpower the blue. While the material is thin the pashmina keeps her neck warm and cuts the wind in the winter.

It's soft and I love it

Soft, silky, and beautiful colors. I own quite a few scarves, and this is one of my favorites! What i like about these scarves is that when it's cold (I'm from Minnesota, so below freezing), if you fluff these up, they will stay very warm, but they're also nice to wear in warmer weather (anything above freezing, that is) just casually. I think of this as my cinema scarf; style for the red carpet, and then big enough to use as a blanket in the heavy-handed AC of the theatre.

This is a fairly thin shawl, and the print only shows up on the outside (not reversible), but it is very pretty and very soft. These are nearly impossible to find in this color/shade, so I was pleased to be able to get this. You can't beat the price on this, and it feels very nice to the touch. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend this.

I ordered two and then loved them so much that I ordered two more.But I ordered one "lavender & blue" and then a "purple and blue." They are the SAME.I love them so much that I will probably give the 2nd one away as a gift. You really can't go wrong. The colors are very nice and the fabric is very smooth. It was delivered to me in under one week.And there was no tag. This is a big plus for me. I hate to see a pashmina ruined by a tag!

Lovely warm slightly heavier weight 100% viscose scarf. At least, this vendor doesn't pretend it has silk (or pashmina wool) content, even though the manufacturer clearly does (product stickers on different colours variously claim 70/30 and 50/50 pashmina wool/silk blends).Tip: Genuine pashmina (from the Nepalese goats) has a distinctive 'woollen' odour, which these, being viscose, lack. Nevertheless, I enjoy wearing them as much as my genuine wool-blend pashminas. And I've received compliments on how elegant they look.The colours were as advertised. I would order from this vendor again... and did, as I now have 3.

Arrived within a couple of days . Bought as a gift for my mum .She loves it . She goes away quite a bit and wears these on an evening instead of a jacket .She's really happy with it .Would recommend .

Quick standard delivery, lovely material. My only beef is that, rather than calling it "blue", I would actually say it's "teal". As it's a gift and not to match anything in particular it really doesn't matter so much about the colour.
