The media could not be loaded. This stuff really works! My hair was falling due to the stress of this year, I would lose 50-100 hairs per shower vs my usual 5-25 hairs. Certainly could have been telogen effluvium. After two or so months of using the shampoo and conditioner I am seeing lots of new growth coming out of my scalp and it looks somewhat like a "hair halo" with a lot of it sticking straight out with it only being a few inches long but it's very promising results for only about 8-12 weeks of use. After a month of use my hair fall reduced back to normal. Another huge perk it what it's done for my nails! They would always crack and peel and now with this shampoo and conditioner they grow long and strong - just spend a little extra time giving yourself a scalp massage and it will get onto your nails. It leaves my hair moisturized and soft, lightweight, bouncy, shiny, it defines my waves and smells really nice - light clean scent/fragrance. I get a ton of compliments and I tell everyone I know they need to buy this stuff. You truly cannot beat the price for the huge bottle, I'm only half way through the bottle after 3 months and I use a ton of product for my waist long hair.

This product is amazing. I have been using it for the past several years ways.1) Detangler: I dilute 1:1 with water and use to detangle my hair. It works great.2) Deep conditioner: after I shampoo I deep condition with it. Its soo good that you dont need heat. Just let it sit in your hair. Massage very well3) Styling aid: I dilute 1 part conditioner: 4 parts water and use as a styling aid to cornrow my hair. I leave it in my hair. It keeps my hair moisturized for about 2 weeks.I have seen hair growth and thickness. I use it once a week. I also use it on my 20 month old and 8 year old daughters hair. There hair has gotten thicker and longer. I purchase 7 bottles at a time so I wont run out.Feb 2024: Still use and still love. I use it the same way. The company needs to work on the pump though. Most of them just dont work. I have to save pumps from old bottles. Thats not good. I still give the product 5 stars. Its amazing!

I just received this a day ago and only used it once. The pump design is terrible. I could not for the life of me open it while I was in the shower. I had to just open the whole thing in order to use the product. After reading reviews here, my bf had to use pliers to rotate the middle piece in order to open it and that is ridiculous. The product itself is fine. Big bottle, good value for the money. It smells good, not overpowering. I didn't find it very moisturizing, but after my hair dried it feels super soft so I am happy. We'll see with continued use if it makes a difference on hair loss.

I have been using (the shampoo and) this conditioner for 6months and love it! I got hit with Covid hair loss really hard in November-December and amidst all the supplements and vitamins and hair products, this conditioner helped keep my hair looking it’s fullest when my hair was at its thinnest (and even my scalp was visible at the time). This conditioner (and the matching shampoo) provided instant visible results —but might have even helped promote the new growth as well… right now I have tons of baby hairs coming in, so between this hair product and the supplements I was taking, I’m not sure what had the biggest impact, but this certainly must have contributed in a positive way. I even bought some for my 80yr old grandma whose hair is also very thin and she told me she saw the results immediately after the first use —fuller looking hair. It works!P.S. I have not noticed a bad or overpowering smell as some noted… smells fine to me *shrugs* :)

I've been using this product for years now and it's been great , doesn't build up on my hair a d leaves it shiny and soft and I've noticed my hair looks healthier ! I've always had thick hair but the last couple years and since its grown longer its more average and idk if this has helped it grow because I also take boitine supplements, but it definitely makes my hair look nice! I use the shampoo, conditioner 2 days a week,And I do like the smell ! The only bad thing I can say is that it doesn't help for tangles .. after wasing it's super hard to comb Thru because it is light weight . I use the leave in biotin collagen spray by repure with it .

When one has to google YouTube videos in order to figure out how to release a pump and/or go on Amazon to read reviews to see if others had the same problem...Houston we have a problem. I've only used this a few times and love what it has done to my damaged hair. The scent is light, the conditioner is thick so a little goes a long way, and my hair seems to be less frizzy and not so tangled up from previously dry ends as the conditioner has improved how my ends look.However, there must be some missing part, like a spring, in the design of this pump. I've tried following instructions from multiple YouTube videos. My father, who I consider Mr. MacGyver as he can fix anything, couldn't get it working either. He even disassembled the thing after we just said f-it and agreed that it was broken whether we broke it or not as it isn't functional as a pump and couldn't even see how it would pop up. He even used tools on it and couldn't get it to work. I thought about returning it but I didn't want the product to go to waste as I figured the next bottle would have same issue with the pump as others noted same problem and that the product would go to waste as they would have to toss it so I decided to keep it. I'll have to find an old bottle or something that I can put the product in as it isn't so practical to have to unscrew it to take out the product as it is thick in consistency.So the product would be 5 stars but the bottle would be -5 stars if I could rate that.
