It’s difficult to review Traditional Chinese Medicine - and other alternative treatments - because they typically affect the body’s system, as opposed to going directly for the symptoms. It takes longer for systemic shifts. That having been said, my practitioner of TCM suggested this for my dog’s (Bichon frise) allergies. She was already taking a western antihistamine, stinging nettles and acupuncture. Since systemic changes go slowly, I didn’t immediately see a change. However, 6 months later, as my dog was doing so much better, I thought to tweak her ‘cocktail,’ and surprisingly, after one week of stopping only this one thing, she was scratching more and more, until I reintroduced the Xiao Feng Pian. She is well-balanced with the XFP.

Bought this for my eczema I've been dealing with for over a year. At the standard dose I did not really notice any difference but when I doubled the dose which you can do which is 12 pills three times a day I did actually feel like it helped, however it was super expensive and I couldn't keep it up.

I have mild rosacea and this formula is evening my skin tone and removing the redness. I'm hooked.

I've been sufferer from heat hives for a few months now and was looking into various options. I didn't really want to depend on Benadryl and switch to something natural. I haven't finish my first bottle yet but already getting WAY less hives!!

Great stuff. But it doesn't clear up my Tinea if I eat junk food with it.
