This pillow is super comfortable and a fantastic deal. I have no idea what some other reviewers anticipated but here is what I found-Pillow arrives in a nice looking vaccim sealed bag.-The shreaded memory foam rebounds at the same rate as all other viscoelastic memory foams I have in other products I have paid more for.-The foam is in a soft sealed case with a very soft removable bamboo / rayon pillow case.-The foam does indeed have an odor as all foam does when it is new. I tossed mine on the dryer for 30 minutes so as the foam could off gas as foam does and it is good to go.I have spent more on other pillows and gotton worse or the same quality. If you bought this pillow at a name brand store you would pay $50 to $70.

This pillow is perfect; exactly what I was looking. Have been waking up with a bit of a sore neck for awhile and thought a smaller / “lower profile” pillow might help - it’s perfect !! Even though it’s much smaller than your average pillow, it’s firm enough to offer all the comfort and support you need for a good, pain-free, night’s sleep.In addition, this Bamboo memory foam pillow is small enough to bring on all your travels - car / plane / even camping. Definitely the best $20-something I have spent in a long long time !!

I've never slept better. These pillows have the perfect density, lift, and texture. I wish I had replaced my old pillows a long time ago.
