Disappointed
Upon reading this recent purchase I am disappointed. There are quite a few typos and it’s a bit disorganized. The author did a good job on explaining the process in chapter 1, but the percentage section in chapter 2 is mixed up as well as the recipe section. I would have hoped that more food portions would be listed in ounces or weight. I also think there are some incorrect food values listed in the recipe section for protein, carbohydrates and fat. Being a cook I at least can figure out the ingredient ratios but for the average person it may be difficult to determine. There also aren’t meal plans or recipes for all the cycles. Only Low and High days. I wish I could have looked at more pages prior to my purchase. I probably won’t use this book much.

Not helpful for the average person who doesn't exercise frequently.
It may work well if you're already an extremely active person.

amazing book
Good read. Not sure if I can stick to a carb cycling diet but nice to learn about what it involves and I'm sure I'll use some of the recipes.

You could get more information with a Google search
Extremely generic. Very short. One could have easily gotten this information with a few Google searches. I was assuming it would have had more details.
