can I use these pens to paint on glass or wood?

These pens are great for paper. I use them continuously, however to answer your question about glass or wood. I cannot give you a positive answer but I don't think the they would adhere to those two surfaces. The only way you can be sure is to try it.

These colors appear identical to the ones in the watercolor set... I am trying to find out if they are the same..& can be used w/ h2O in the same way?

They are water based. They dry fast and do not bleed through.
