Capezio Women's High-Neck Tank Leotard

I wear leotards under all of my work blazers, etc. Anytime a blouse would be showing, on me a leotard is showing. It makes dressing in the mornings so much easier, no ironing and no shirt dislodging during the day. With leotards though, one has to watch the lycra content, else it looks like I have a swim suit under my clothes. I tried this leotard because it is half the price of what I usually get and well, it's Amazon. I just tried it on and it is fantastic. Heavy cotton content so it looks like a chic tank under my clothes. Now, I need to order a couple of the colors. One thing to really keep in mind when ordering: as other reviewers said, Yowza! This leotard runs very small. Thanks, reviewers. If not for you, I'd have ordered a Medium and would now be awaiting the fire department to extricate me from it. This is a great leotard and a great bargain as well!

I'm attending an intense physical theater program and I needed something to wear under my workout clothing, as I'm tall and most shirts tend to ride up. I'm 5' 11", 162lbs and a size large fits perfectly. It's tight but not too tight. However, if you have a large bust size (as I do not), this might not be the best choice as it is quite tight. It has a built-in shelf bra that seems very long -- it goes down to my middle abdomen -- but it doesn't seem to cause any problems. I haven't seen how it holds up to working out yet, but the fit is very good, especially for tall people.

This leotard is designed and cut for dancers, particularly ballet dancers, who are notoriously slim. That said, I think it is still cut smaller than it should be. I am of small stature and slim, but I need a large in this leotard, in part because I am more busty and have a bigger booty than your average ballerina. I like that it hugs the torso; many leotards are pulled away from my torso by my bust. This one fits snuggly around the middle and I can see my alignment better because of that, rather than looking like I have extra belly where I don't or that my ribs are too far forward when they are not. The neck and back on this leotard are quite high, making it very supporting in the chest; I have altered it to be a v-neck by cutting a vertical slit in the center at the neckline and sewn back the triangular "flaps". This draws attention to my sternum and away from my bust while still being supportive.

Fits very tight, a good sturdy material, a great Leo/ brand.

It's a decent leotard, but sized WAY small. Also, if you're like me and have a perky chest, even with the double lining my nips still poke out. A little awkward. I tried on a medium and large, and even the large was slightly too tight. For reference, I'm 5'8" 138lbs, 34C and normally wear medium. I'd recommend sizing up at least 1 size. I ended up returning both leotards, as the material and fit on me just wasn't right.

There is a reason that Capezio is such a well known dance brand. This a a high quality leotard for a great price. I love the modest cut. The neck is high, covers the collar bones. The legs are a reasonable cut. Allows for movement without riding up at all. It is very flattering. I think it would work for all body types. The fit is as expected. The fabric is a substantial matte cotton type. It seems to have a slight shapewear quality. Holds you in without being confining. Not thin or see through at all. I would definitely recommend this product for any dancer.

Very good quality but sizes little tight

Ich finde den Anzug toll, man muss ihn aber ordentlich größer bestellen. Ich wiege 57 kg bei 1,65 und mir passt xl. Er stützt schön und ist gemütlich.

Great fit, covers your butt cheeks. Thickish, good quality.
