I found these to go with our Norse Mythology studies. They are wonderfully written to be relatable to tweens, while drawing parallels to the original stories. We read these aloud at night and my kids are always asking to keep going. All three of our kids, ages 11, 9, and 6 love these books and talk about them. They even use the characters from the books during play time to keep the stories going. If they were to come out with more books in this series, we would read them for sure! When we move on to Greek Mythology I wont hesitate to check out these authors’ other series Goddess Girls.

This was a great addition to our unit study of mythology. My 9 year old couldn’t put them down and will continue to reread them. Highly recommend them.
