Be patient and take your time with this.
I placed this on the front and back bow ties of my truck. I used 4 of the 6 pieces that were sent to me and I plan on using the other 2 eventually because I still don’t think it’s lined up perfect. The first couple tries were horrendous and ended with me cussing out my truck. Use your own razor blade too as the one included is dull. I also used a heat gun and applied a lot of pressure in the crevices while applying the heat. It took some trial and error. The toughest part was cutting the edge between the bow tie and the chrome with the razor blade. My OCD had me restarting a few times. If you are patient and have a steady hand plus a sharp blade this will turn out way better than plastidip.

Not the best value for what you get
If your logic was similar to mine in spending a extra few bucks on the kit so that you wouldn't have to dig for a small knife save yourself the trouble and find a decent quality blade rather than trying to use the cheap one it comes with. The kit loses much of it's value at that point and you can get more material in case of mistakes for the same price without the tools.Pieces are quite a bit wider than your standard bowtie emblem so you should have plenty of material. Adhesion doesn't seem the best but it also hasn't flown off after a few drives around town, time will tell how it holds up in the summer a longer term solution might be needed then.

Harder than you think
I thought it would be easy to rewrap my Chevy grill emblem so I rushed it and it came out bad. I tried to do it by cutting a template also came out bad. It definitely takes time and patience. A sharp cutter and a great gun or a hair dryer. I don't think the squeegee is very necessary, I used my hands to smooth out bubbles and a credit card for the outline. Final product came out good.

Look elsewhere
Vinyl came wrinkled, Tried to install anyways. Used fingernail to push around emblem to make it stick, and it (my fingernail) cut straight through vinyl with little effort. Thin garbage material, I’d look elsewhere. Was in garbage within 10 minutes of package being delivered.

Thoroughly impressed!
I got these for my 2008 Impala. I always thought the gold bowtie didn't look so great. With the help of my girlfriend, we tag-teamed it. I used a hairdryer to warm up the decal and smooth it over while her (much steadier) hand trimmed the edges out. It came out flawless on front and back, with no bubbles, and minimal effort! These have been through rain and car washes and haven't shown any signs of wear. We'll see what a Wisconsin winter can dish out to them. Even if I have to replace them, they send you several sheets!I was not expecting much but am thoroughly impressed!

Looks decent
Purchased this to change the emblem color from gold to red. Haven’t installed it yet but it came with 3 strips should be enough for both front and back Chevy emblems. The blade looks cheap so would definitely recommend using a different one. Several YouTube videos available to show process for install

Not worth it
Peeled off within a day. Try multiple times and still didn’t work out.

Missing tool but good
The carbon fibre vinyl looks great but I haven’t had the chance to apply it to my badges. The kit didn’t come with the exact knife so I havent got a tool for cutting it yet
