It’s effective
It works! Can see effects on hair, nails and skin. I take no other supplements and bought this for arthritic knees: they are better, too. Swear by this brand.

Llevo unas semanas tomando este colágeno de Youtheory y estoy muy sorprendida. Lo compré porque tenía las uñas súper débiles y el cambio se nota muchísimo, ya no se me rompen a capas y están mucho más duras. También siento la piel con un brillo más natural. El frasco llegó perfectamente sellado, tal como se ve en mi foto. Como las pastillas son algo grandes y hay que tomar 6 al día, yo las reparto: tomo 3 en el desayuno y 3 en la comida. Así no se hace pesado y se aprovechan mejor los 6,000 mg y la Vitamina C que ya trae incluida. Vale mucho la pena!
