Good tasting. Soft and gummy. Easy to chew and not hard. Two gummies in the morning and I can definitely see differences in mail strength. My hair also seems healthier.

What I like is the taste! But most importantly it really does work! I use to use Biotin 2500 but started using Biotin 5000 I see a huge difference in my nails and hair growth!!!!
