These are small jars, and if left outside in freezing temperatures, may separate slightly. (It is real mayonnaise, after all.) No problem; just stir throughly before using. A bigger problem I hadn't considered was potential problems from heating due to the package being left in the sun. Fortunately, this was delivered early and was collected before it had a chance to develop problems. The product is 5-stars good, but I won't order it to be delivered again for that concern.

We love Best Foods aka Hellmann's mayonnaise! Mild flavor and less fat than the original one without compromise in the original flavor. Highly recommend. Great value for the money as prices continue to rise. Arrive intact and fresh.

You really can't have too much of a good thing when it comes to mayonnaise. We go through container after container of this year round because it is simply the most versatile mayonnaise out there.To make a sandwich we spread this on the bread first and then add some classic mustard. Then top with cheese, lettuce and sandwich meats. To make a salad dressing I mix some mayonnaise with Heinz chili sauce and some Heinz ketchup. That is a real favorite which can also be used for dipping French fries in!So you can see how we'd need to keep this in the pantry! It really doesn't deserve 1 star! To say I'm aggravated and disappointed would be an understatement! I just received this and was appalled when I opened the box. In the first place I thought I was ordering Hellmans but I accidently ordered Best Foods...the labels are similar. These jars all look like they have been frozen and thawed!! They're nothing but oil and some kind of other stuff. I completely wasted my money on these..there is no way they can be salvaged!!!Ok, now that I've had a chance to calm down, the condition of this mayonnaise could be partly my fault. I should have waited until warmer weather to order this and I should have paid closer attention to the label and made sure I was getting Hellmans. I did order Hellmans a week or so later and they were perfect...I was very pleased with them. :) This was a "lesson learned".

Best tasting low calorie Mayo I ever had

For 77 years I have used ONLY Best Foods/Hellmann's mayonnaise. It was the gold standard. But no more. Sadly, something has changed and the difference is really noticeable.The texture and consistency are very different, and not for the better. The texture is slick and the consistency is thin. On a sandwich or in a salad, it disappoints. Lastly, and even more importantly, it doesn't taste the same, either.Please go back to the original recipe and preparation, even if it's more expensive.
