Great product, have been using it for years for variety of issues.

Thymol is the most important ingredient I look for in a mouthwash. Listerine used to make one for gum care, and they have a new one out with thymol. But in the meantime, I got addicted to this. Sure, it's much more expensive, but it is super effective for oral lichen planus, without dyes and weird chemicals. Highly recommend.

The mouthwash is good but I have to rinse my mouth out three times because the red dye sticks to my teeth. I wish the bottle had a larger cap so I don’t have to use a cup to rinse.

Not as good as glycothymoline, but still nice to have an Alkaline mouthwash.

As a huge EDGAR CAYCE (remedies) fan, I trust ALL products from BAAR- and as a life long dental/gum pain sufferer, I have been in some pretty desperate situations to escape the pain. It’s worse than childbirth and I’ve had 2 c-sections yall! Anyways- save your stomach from all the Tylenol/ibuprofens/pain pills or whatever you find yourself reaching for, take a small amount of this and swish it around in your mouth for at least 15-20 seconds. The pain almost immediately dissipates ! This product can also be used if you have sinus issues/sick w/a cold- simply take a warm rag and put a capful or two on it and place it over your nose and deeply inhale. This stuff really works! I heavily rely on this and would recommend it to ANYONE!! I should totally be a spokesperson for ‘tis product; as it is THAT good!!!

AlkaCare is an amazing rinse for nasal congestion. Just rinse and gargle a small amount and you will notice an immediate improvement. Especially helpful when you wake up in the middle of the night, just gargle and rinse. Have been using for years. You can also put some on a cotton swab and put it under your nose. Same relief.

This is a very healthy alternative to the standard “nuclear mouthwashs” such as Listerine. The rationale of maintaining a healthy oral microbiome resonates with me as I am a GI specialist and see first-hand the importance of a balanced microbiome for GI and overall health. It makes total sense that the oral microbiome is linked into this.
