It actually works!
When I first saw this item. I told myself there was no way something so cheep would actually glow in the dark. But it actually does very nicely! It was a perfect gift for a family member of mine. It does look a little cheep but it didnt bother me or the receiver of this item. Came in the mail well packaged. Undamaged. And early! Recommend this!
