Yes, I do it. First, use your wash cloth to wet back or any other parts you're gong to scrub. Rub brush up & down bar of soap and scrub away. Or pour liquid soap in your hand & rub brush in liquid soap. I didn't care for the curve of brush, my preference. So I SLIGHTLY bent brush straight. Perfecto!

Yes reaches down the legs. Have to remember it does brushes on the ends. If you have real sensitive skin you need to be careful. It has helped my skin on my arms, back.
