MAF Sensor ONLY - NOT the entire housing as shown in this picture
Part number exactly matched the MAF Sensor on my vehicle. The picture is a bit misleading. The picture implies you get the entire housing, including the MAF, but you DON’T....you only get the MAF sensor. You will need to go to Auto Zone or another automotive store to by specific wrench to make the change. Tighten snug, but DON’T overdo it or you could crack the plastic housing.

Perfect OEM fit.
I have an old custom Ford pickup with a 2002 5.4 Triton that was missing this part. Fits perfectly, even came with a new sensor that clipped onto factory harness.
