Reasonable price. Works well lasts a long time

I am always hesitant to purchase toner from companies other than the manufacturer since I have had not-so-good toner in the past. Not so with Toner King cartridges. They cost a lot less than Canon's toner and they work great. The color print quality is good and I have had no problems. I will order again from them when I run out.

Only the first black cartridge has been installed so far, and shortly after started producing regularly spaced, greasy horizontal grey marks across the printed page.These correspond to a recurring line of foreign material across the cartridge's interior transfer roller. Cleaning off that residue with a cotton swab removes the contaminant but it comes back after printing a few more pages.This seems to be an issue with their remanufacturing process, as I've seen rare complaints of similar occurrences here.Received no response from the contact form that Amazon directs users to for support. Attempts at contact by direct email is bounced back to me by their spam filter 100% of the time. I'm not sure where the glowing reports of customer support here come from, but I certainly am not experiencing it.Addendum- after constantly cleaning foreign matter off the transfer roller and imaging drum I am able to identify the substance. It is YELLOW toner which they failed to clean out prior to loading it with BLACK toner. This is in violation of the first basic rule of cartridge remanufacturing in that you must remove ALL of the old toner. They didn't.

I've gotten cheaper toner cartridges but it's still terrific compared to the outrageous manufacturer price. The color and print quality are very good, so far.

I had the ink for a while but then it started with issues with the ink and printing. I read about their amazing customer service support so I decided to reach out. I’m so glad I did. Not only was the issue resolved but they went beyond what they needed to help me out. They responded quickly and with a solution. I would highly suggest buying ink from them, as I will continue to do so. And if you have any issues, definitely reach out to them, they are extremely helpful.

Great item that works very well. I have ordered those several times now and I never had any issues! This saved me a ton of money so far.Will be buying it in the future.

Haven't had an issue with this toner yet, will check back if any come up to report. So far so good tho!
