This takes time like 2-3 hours to notice a decent difference. I like it and it's very mild.Do you time I switched to 36% and am very happy although I have noticable sensitivity...milder but noticable for a few days. Although I see the same results or a bit more in only one hour but will bleach gums.This strength won't badly bleach gums if you get a little on it. Use it for 3hrs then I use a remineralizing paste after to reduce sensitivity made in Switzerland. Not sure if it's great but it seems to help.Don't drink coffee, tea, or wine for 24+ hrs after.I used this with custom fitted trays I had made online. Custom trays cost maybe $120ish but really REALLY get you the great results if you have teeth that aren't in a perfect row.Overall very happy with the gentle results and if you have 3hrs I recommend them.

I bought these as a cheaper alternative to the zoom whitening gel. It has the same active ingredient and it works just as well for whitening in my opinion. The flavor is not as good as zoom, but it's not bad either and I wouldn't say this is even an issue. Some complained that the tip of these syringes causes gel to come out too fast and splat all over. I agree with this because this occasionally happens, but it doesn't happen often enough for me to stop buying it. It is a very small amount so don't be too worried about wastage. Plus, this happens with my zoom syringes as well. So just buy these!

I’m used to using Contrast PM 20%. The flavor of this product I’m reviewing is AWFUL. It does the whitening job in less time than the Contrast PM 20% and that’s good because it tastes terrible. I will use it (infrequently as I would with any product like this) but I wouldn’t buy it again. I just don’t like it as much.

I drink lots of coffee and Zero sodas and decided it was time to try this.I don't like the idea of trays because its too easy get this on your gums and irritate them. So I use the old school method: I put wadding in my cheeks to hold my mouth open and paint on the gel with a q-tip. With this method I can get the gel exactly where I want and keep it off the gums. I then wait 30 minutes.I'm on the 3rd syringe and my teeth are MUCH whiter...the stripes and stains on my lower canines which I had gotten used to are almost gone. By the time I get to the last syringe they should all be perfect. For my next batch I'm going to get the 44% versions for touch up as I'm too impatient.

This is my 4th order. This product is not the same product I received in the past. This is very runny the gel does not spread correctly and does not whiten. I’ve used teeth whitening gel for many, many years and this most recent purchase is inferior. I’m disappointed since it was a good value in comparison to purchasing the gel from the DDS. In the future I will purchase my gel from the DDS to ensure I have a quality product.

Previously, I have ordered other company's teeth whitening gel for 3times.However always have returned all the times. Unbelievable!!!Finally this time, I ordered this item and arrived my home.I used this item after previous teeth whitening was over and using it's top of syringe needle(not needle).Just first time, after used it, my left dyed molars of mandible were a little bit lighter than before.And now not pain so that I will keep on 14 weeks for a hour.
