“Spicy” is always somewhat subjective. I think people who like spicy would find it has no spice at all and people who dislike spicy would find it has a very mild spice level. Personally, I like a mild spice level and find this perfect. On a 1-10 scale, with 1 being completely bland and 10 being on fire, I’d give it a 2 or at most a 3. My son loves spicy food and couldn’t detect any spice at all.

340 ml cool water to 200 grams of frying mix ( very light texture ), and deep cover whit previous mix , cover whit the chicken frying mix powder only( double dip) and remove execs flour fry to 170 deg Celsius for 10 to 15 min

I did at 370 about 15 min, sprayed olive oil and flipped halfway and sprayed again
