We use his product for fertility needs co-10 is a really good product. There is some device especially amongst the worst products about this needs to be a certain type of CQ 10 but needless to say that One is absorbed better and one is high-quality. I’d rather have the one that absorb better which I think this is the one that is Either way I use both but as a standalone product I can’t prefer this product value for money.
