Great great product relative to KT tape cotton
I rarely give reviews on products purchased on Amazon, but I wanted to rave about this product and its performance relative to KT tape. I had purchased the KT Tape (KT Tape Original Cotton Elastic Kinesiology Therapeutic Athletic Tape, 20 Pack, 10” Cut Strips) and was extremely frustrated with the KT tape peeling off within the first 20-30 mins of my run. I used the KT product to tape my knee and was very diligent in cleaning the skin using alcohol, and even used a razor to shave around my knee after this peeled off the first couple of times. Made no difference and 20 mins into my run I would have the KT tape strips flapping around my knee!! :( This KT tape was touted to stay on 1-3 days and is pretty pricey relative to other brands. I decided to try (Hampton Adams (2 Pack) Kinesiology Tape for Physical Therapy Sports Athletes – Latex Free Elastic, 16ft Water Resistant Kinetic Uncut Kinesio Tape for Knee Pain, Elbow & Shoulder Muscle - Black). This tape backing is well marked (solid blue lines every 2 inches) and I cut 2 10 inch strips and one 5 inch strip, taped my right knee for full support, exactly the same way I had applied the KT tape. I did not use alcohol to clean the skin, or even shave. I could tell right away the adhesion was superior, and the elasticity was active. I went out for a 6 mile run which usually takes me 55-60 mins and lo and behold, no peeling issues whatsoever. I got back home, went in the shower and the tape was holding firm. I am continuing to wear the tape for the rest of the day and no sign of peeling whatsoever (FYI i rounded the edges of the tape with scissors when cutting). I am incredibly impressed with the performance and I think part of my enthusiasm is from the disappointment and frustration I got from the KT tape. What a flop for a highly touted not to mention expensive KT product! I figured it shouldn't be that hard to make tape with sufficient adhesion to last through 30 mins to an hour workout, leave alone a day or 2. There is an option to purchase a more expensive KT pro tape for better adhesion but surely! This Hampton Adams tape is less expensive and performs much much much better than the KT original cotton tape. Very very pleased! Knee support is excellent and my knee feels stable with pain significantly reduced. (note I have never used kinesiology tape before and this was my first foray into this). Update It is now day 4, Hampton Adams tape still holding up! What can I say? I'm sold!

It's KT Tape.
I chose this brand for the price and amount. It's cheaper than the alternatives. I don't know why KT tape was on shark tank. There's nothing special about this over other KT tape. I like that there's a grid for cutting. It's soft fabric. It sticks very well. I do have itching and lifting after the first day when I use it. I have very sensitive skin so any adhesive is a problem but I also have to handle my medical stuff. I have vascular Ehlers Danlos and I do recommend using medical adhesive remover like Goo Gone or the one made by Skin tac. These will save you from ripping your skin off. My cat tore some KT tape off of me and I ended up with a raw spot on my arm where the flesh didn't stay on my body. This is a testament to both how weak my skin is and how strong the tape is. Again I am confused as to why this is a shark tank product but if that's why it's affordable? Okay

It works
It isn't as good as the one that my physical therapist used. However it was very good for home use. It did stabilize my wrist which eleviated some pain. Will also work.well.on minor sprains

Was skeptical but now a believer.
I tore up my knee 3 months ago, MCL and Meniscus, can't get surgery as I am slated for a redo of my replacement hip due to a recall of the hip unit. Dr. gave me a knee brace and basically said to deal with it until after the hip surgery in June. The brace is ok, but it causes chaffing and itching behind the knee, additionally it seriously limits my mobility, and I have to walk stiff legged with a cane, without the brace my knee is unstable and wobbly and even with the cane the knee shifts and "gives out" and I feel like I am going to fall. My kids high school football coach recommended Kinesiology Tape, told me a lot of the kids wrap their knees and ankles with it before practices and games. I was a skeptic, but I figured it couldn't be any worse than the brace.. The coach wrapped me in some they had at the school and showed me how to position it around my knee. I was amazed I could walk without my cane, and my knee felt stable, obviously I won't be climbing ladders (how I tore the knee in the first place, ladder collapsed on me due to an inattentive helper at work). But for daily mobility it has been a savior. Package says lasts several days, so far I am on day 3 with this brand (same brand the coach gave me) and it seems secure and stable. I would never had guessed some tape product would provide equal or better support than a brace, but this stuff does. As for pain relief, I don't know that I would say it is relieving the pain but I will say since the knee is stable it is not causing pain as a result of the knee giving way and causing me to step down hard or twist it which creates more damage and discomfort. great product, and would recommend for anyone that needs the stability and support, just be sure you are wrapping the area correctly so that it works as intended.

Not as good as Rock Tape
I was excited about the color, but the functionality of this tape just does not measure up to Rock Tape. This tape is thin, is not sticky enough to last longer than a day, and doesn’t provide the support and pain relief that Rock Tape does.

Peccato.
