Bi-Directional HDMI Female to DVI-D(24+1) Male Adapter, 1080P DVI to HDMI Conveter (1, Black)

Needed adapter for a slightly older Dell video display that had a DVI port, but not an HDMI port needed to hook up to newer PC and KVM switch. Adapter is in place and working with no issues. Saved money not needing to purchase a new display to go with new PC.

I bought a new amateur radio that had an HDMI Output that I could use to display the main screen on the radio. I had a monitor that had both a HDMI and a DIV input. I use this monitor regularly as a second monitor on my computer. I used the adapter to have both my Radio and Computer hooked to the same monitor. All I have to do when I am using my radio is to use the monitor controls to change the monitor input to HDMI and I see my Radio on one screen and I still have my computer on my second screen. Great for having the radio on one and log book on the other. The adapter works exactly as described and well worth it.

I was gifted w/ an older GeForce GTX1650 4GB card that has Display, HDMI and a DVI ports.As I run a triple monitor set I needed to use all three.First two were no problem, as like probably everyone, I had a drawer full of them.BUT I had never even seen a DVI Cable before! LOL!So this unit was just the ticket.Took about 20 seconds to attach an HDMI Cable to it and plug this unit to the card.PC using Windows 11 immediately recognized it.Quick trip to settings and my triple monitors were up and running.NO AUDIO as DVI (Digital Visual Interface) only displays Video but who cares.

i have a DVI-D port on my graphics card, my monitor only supports hdmi & display port. i ordered 2 different cables trying to find an hdmi to dvi-d one that worked but it’s extremely hard to find a proper one because it has to be an “active cable.” ordering this solved my problem very easily so if you’re ordering this for a dual monitor then this is perfect!

The adapter had the right amount of cable length to help with my desktop cable managment. The one thing I didn't like about the adapter is the HDMI female end is very tight to get the HDMI cable in and out, but it will not let the HDMI cable fall out like some other adapters I've used in the past when you're moving things around on your desk and accidently snag the cable.Would buy again.
