Good bag for garden and wallet
I buy these because they are not only quite durable for the price, they can hold the right amount of garden material before they get too heavy to move around. The downside to buying these is that they are not the most durable. With this said the choice of durability over overall cost per year compared to say a canvas bag still makes this the item a good choice. The most common issue I always have with them is having the wire poking out the bottom due to the fabric covering it wearing away. When this first happens I just pierce a small hole either side of the wire and secure it with a cable tie. There is no doubt the woven material of this bag is not going to last more than a few months if you simply try and stuff prickly items like roses or brambles into it without cutting them first, as will dragging it around the garden. Treat it right by carrying it around and cutting any material placed into it will not only allow you to get more into it, it’ll dramatically prolong the life of the bag. Treat it well and you'll easily get 3-5 years use out of each one.Capacity wise, it’s a good size which should be more than sufficient for the average home gardener. Council green refuge bags fit nicely into this bag and overlap the sides which is handy. The two lugs on the side of the bag allows for easy compression of the bag for storage. Although these lugs can be awkward to connect at times due to the amount of fabric between them, it’s a doodle when you get the hang of it.All in all, one of the items I will forever continue to buy as it saves me so much time.Delivery with this seller was nice and fast without a problem.TIP: If you are intending to use another bag inside of this then the best way to stop it falling inwards is to use a couple of washing pegs on the top rim. Works a treat!THINGS I LIKED• Good price• Handy size to carry around garden• Sides are firm and stay upright• Ideal size for putting council green bags inside• Easy to compressNOT SO GOOD:• Bottom fabric is not very durable.

They do the job
I bought these as 'over flow' storage during the summer when I fill the green bin quicker than it gets emptied. They work perfectly for that. A little disappointed that on opening them, before even using them, the wiring was poking out of the end and has punctured holes in the side. But then with the number of brambles and spikes that I'm going to be filling them with, this was inevitable and certainly not a reason to buy them. Definitely only good for adult/garden use though (rather than toy storage etc.) due to sharp wire now sticking out.

Great for garden rubbish
These pop-up garden rubbish bags are great. So much easier to fill than the usual bin bags and saves a lot of bending.

Too Cheaply Made
Yes they did not cost a lot, but I’d rather have paid more and got something that lasted a bit longer. Put one into use and put the other to one side. The first one broke on its first use. The Toggle to hold it together came off one side - so it couldn’t then be flattened, unless tied with string (it went in the bin). The biggest fault however (and surprised nobody has mentioned it before), is that the top edge Toggle is fine but the bottom edge Toggle is “sewn INSIDE the bottom of the bag” - so you have to put your hand down inside to the very bottom, to tie the Toggle & Loop together. Every other decent Pop-up Bag I’ve had before, has the Toggle and Loop at the top and bottom but on the OUTSIDE of the bag - much more sensible. I will wait until I can get out to a market garden and examine them, before buying any new ones.

Convenient and space-saving
After ridiculing my parents for their garden gimmicks, I ended up buying some of them and these are actually useful. You always need something for clippings, weeds and transport to the compost, so why not something that folds away and can be slotted out of sight afterwards? And cheap enough to replace once you've done something stupid with it. One up to my parents.

Poor quality
Have bought this type in the past and they have lasted quite a while and have always been pleased with them, the latest bags lasted a fortnight before the wire came out of the bottom so have had to bin them, waste of money.

Useful
I have had these bags before, and they are quite sturdy, but I wouldn't call them heavy duty. I like them though, because they are very lightweight and easy to use. I wouldn't recommend them for heavy use. The first ones have lasted 2 years, but were splitting and the wire coming loose. They have had a lot of use though, and are worth the money, even if you have to change them every two years.
